Mighty Microbes: More Than Meets The Eye

Although we are not usually aware of it, we live in a complex relationship with trillions of other beings we can't see - the microbial world. They are all around us, in and on our bodies, in the air, water and soil, and play a major role in our well-being.We can do a lot to enhance the benefits we receive from the unseen realm.We'll explore the role of the microbiome to our health, and simple practices to keep a healthy microbiome.Presenter Janet Poole is a Master Gardener with CCE of Rensselaer County.

Class starts at 7:00 PM and runs until about 8:15 PM. Pre-registration is required. Each class is $6.00 per person. Class size is limited. Registration at the door will only be accepted if space is available. Class may be cancelled due to insufficient registration. Classes may also be cancelled for inclement weather.
